Mr. Zinn has been with Mahoney, Dougherty and Mahoney, P.A. since 1987, after three years of practice with another litigation firm. He has been a shareholder since 1993, and managing shareholder since 1998. His experience is concentrated in civil litigation, primarily handling liquor liability, employment, commercial, personal injury, workers compensation, and coverage claims. He is also certified under Minnesota’s ADR Rule 114 as a mediator and arbitrator.
