Mr. Lund clerked for the Honorable O. Harold Odland before joining Mahoney, Dougherty and Mahoney, P.A. in 1988. He is the editor of Mahoney, Dougherty and Mahoney, P.A.’s newsletter, Comments on Tort and Insurance Law, and Chair of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association’s Editorial Committee, which publishes the quarterly Minnesota Defense. He practices primarily in the area of insurance law and appeals.
